Use the drop down menu to select a recipe and then drag it to whichever day you like. You can even adjust the number of servings for each recipe by day and it will automatically adjust the quantities in your shopping list, helping make sure you waste less.

Once you are happy with your meal planner, generate your shopping list! Click on any of the ingredients to delete stuff you already have, or you can change the quantity manually. You can then save the list or print it off. Remember, you can also view the list on your mobile and tick things off as you shop, very handy!

Tips for sustainable meal planning!

Try to reduce the amount of meat you eat by including at least one vegetarian dish a week. For good health, include one white fish dish and one oil fish dish a week too!
