Use the drop down menu (Search Recipes) to select a recipe and then drag it across to your meal planner. You can even adjust the number of servings for each recipe by day and it will automatically adjust the quantities in your shopping list, helping make sure you waste less.
Once you are happy with your meal planner, generate your shopping list! Click on any of the ingredients to delete stuff you already have. You can then save the list or print it off. Remember, you can also view the list on your mobile and tick things off as you shop, very handy!
